postgres-xc-pltcl software package provides PL/Tcl procedural language for Postgres-XC, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install postgres-xc-pltcl
postgres-xc-pltcl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the postgres-xc-pltcl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep postgres-xc-pltcl *
You will get with postgres-xc-pltcl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
